On Sunday, March 30, former Park Hill High School standout Drew Townsend’s current college team, the Missouri State Lions, lost 2-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Emporia State Hornets.

The game took place at Warren Turner Field. This was their third matchup against the Hornets this season.

The Lions’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 3 p.m. at McCarthy Field against Newman Jets.
